Receptionist – USCG HQ
Under the supervision of the Education Services Officer or designee, receive, inform and direct visitors to services or activities provided by the Coast Guard Island Learning Center and in building three.

Responsibilities:

· Assist ESO with new education initiatives
· Assist ESO with General Mandated Training compliance
· Greet, receive, inform and direct all visitors to appropriate HSC (a-6) services.
· Assist with database entries and clerical duties.
· Maintain a professional atmosphere.
· Schedule classes, workshops and meetings.
· Take minutes of staff meetings.
· Answer phone, take messages and forward calls as appropriate.
· Maintain files and records.
· Write routine reports and correspondence.
· Maintain inventory and order office supplies following agency policy and procedures.
· Participate and/or coordinate special projects as needed.
· Update forms, flyers and brochures and distribute schedules, calendars and notices of events.
· Attend all required meetings.
· Perform other reasonably related business duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.


Project Manager – TSA
Provides business, technical, and personnel management and coordination for individual projects. Provides comprehensive definition of all technical aspects of project management. Program development, analysis of program mission, goals, and objectives. Bachelor’s degree or higher in an engineering or architectural field. 5 or more years relevant experience.
